Terms and conditions

Last updated September 22, 2026

This website is operated by Garage Zen LLC. These terms explain the role of the website and its inquiry form. They do not replace a written agreement for your project.

Information, not a project proposal

The website describes Garage Zen’s approach, offerings, and completed work. A photograph, example, or general description does not establish the scope, price, availability, or outcome of another project. We confirm recommendations and availability with you for your particular space.

Project inquiries

The Begin Your Project form sends your inquiry and any successfully uploaded photographs to Garage Zen for review and follow-up. Submitting the form permits us to contact you about that inquiry by email or telephone. It does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

An on-screen confirmation or confirmation email acknowledges receipt of an inquiry; it is not a booking, quotation, purchase, or project agreement. The confirmation identifies which photographs were received. If an upload is incomplete or you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us using the details below.

Information and photographs you provide

Please provide accurate contact and project details and only submit photographs or other material you are entitled to share. Avoid including financial information, access codes, personal documents, or people who have not agreed to be included.

We use submitted material to consider and discuss your project. Sending photographs through the inquiry form does not give us permission to publish them in a portfolio or advertisement. Our Privacy policy explains how inquiry information and photographs are handled.

Your project agreement

Approved scope, selections, responsibilities, pricing, and any applicable warranty terms belong in the written documents for the specific project. Site conditions and product requirements must be considered for that room. Work requiring specialized licensing or permits must have clearly identified responsibilities.

Completed project examples

Project stories describe individual households and rooms. An installed system or result in one project is not a universal specification, outcome, or warranty.

Using the website

Please do not misuse the inquiry form, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious files. Links to social profiles or other external websites lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices.
