Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list or give us permission to publish your photographs.

Photographs

Photographs are optional and are kept in private, access-controlled online file storage. Uploading a photograph does not make it publicly available.

Uploaded files retain their original metadata, which may include location or device information. Remove anything you do not want to share, and avoid sensitive documents, access codes, or photographs of people without their permission.

How information is handled

Project records are kept as needed for the project, follow-up service, business records, and legal obligations. Backup copies may remain for their applicable retention periods.

Your choices

Contact us to ask about your information, request access, correction, or deletion, or stop inquiry follow-up. We may verify your identity and will explain any limits arising from ongoing projects or legal obligations. You may call or email instead of using the form.
