Is ongoing care included with the original project?
Your proposal explains any included follow-up. The original project includes its agreed walkthrough and care guidance; later cleaning, seasonal resets, or changes are discussed and priced separately.
Does ongoing care require a recurring plan?
No. You can contact us when your Garage Zen room needs a reset or your storage needs change. We discuss the work for that visit without an automatic subscription.
Can you help when new equipment arrives?
Yes. We check how it fits with your existing Garage Zen storage, including its size, weight, and access needs. A rearrangement may be enough; if new hardware or other work is needed, we discuss that with you first.
Does a reset include repairs to cabinets or racks?
Tell us about any damage or loose parts when arranging the visit. Cleaning and adjustments are different from repairs that need replacement parts or specialist attention. We clarify what the visit will cover beforehand.
Can seasonal changes be planned while I am away?
It may be possible with agreed access, clear instructions, and a way to reach you for decisions. We discuss the items and work involved before arranging the visit. This is support for your Garage Zen room, not a general property-management service.
